Guidus One Terms of Service
1. Purpose of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Guidus One game and related services (the "Service") provided by Izzle (the "Company") and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, as well as the conditions and procedures for using the Service.
2. Use of the Service
- Users must use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
- The Company may modify, add to, or discontinue all or part of the Service as necessary for operational or technical reasons.
- Registration or linking of a platform account may be required to use the Service, and users must provide accurate information.
- Service availability is subject to the Company's operating policies and may be temporarily restricted during system maintenance or outages.
3. Accounts and User Obligations
Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from account information leaks unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Using or sharing another person's account without authorization
- Exploiting program errors (bugs) or system vulnerabilities
- Using unauthorized programs, macros, cheats, automation tools, or similar software
- Tampering with game data or interfering with service operation
- Infringing the rights of the Company or third parties
- Violating applicable laws or public order and morals
If any of the above is confirmed, the Company may take necessary measures including warnings, usage restrictions, account suspension, or recovery of game data.
4. Paid Services and Refunds
- Purchases and payments for paid services are subject to each platform's payment policies (e.g., Steam, Google Play, App Store) and the Company's operating policies.
- Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable laws and each platform's refund policies.
- Refunds may be restricted in cases of purchase errors caused by the user or usage restrictions due to violations of these Terms.
- The Company may change the composition, pricing, or sales methods of paid products for service operation, and will notify users in advance of such changes.
5. Service Changes and Suspension
- The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the Service for service improvements, system maintenance, technical needs, or operational reasons.
- The Company will provide advance notice of material changes; post-notice may be given in cases of urgent outages or unavoidable circumstances.
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, power outages, or communication failures.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, special, or unforeseeable damages arising from use of the Service.
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by the user's own fault.
- Unless otherwise specified, the Company bears no liability for damages related to services provided free of charge.
- The Company strives to provide stable service but limits liability, to the extent permitted by law, for damages caused by system failures, network issues, or force majeure.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes between the Company and users shall, in principle, be resolved through mutual consultation.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the court with jurisdiction under applicable laws such as the Civil Procedure Act shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
8. Operating Policies and Interpretation of Terms
- Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and general commercial practices.
- The Company may establish or modify separate operating policies to ensure fair and stable service operation, and users must comply with them.
- Even if an act is not expressly prohibited in these Terms or operating policies, the Company may take necessary measures within a reasonable scope if the act interferes with normal service operation or harms other users.
- If a violation of these Terms or operating policies is confirmed, the Company may take necessary measures depending on severity, including warnings, usage restrictions, account suspension, or recovery of game data.
